DLF LTD. - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2015 to August 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 28, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, on confirmation of resolution pertaining to payment of Dividend for the FY 2014-15, the payment / distribution of dividend / dividend warrants will start after September 05, 2015 onwards.
