DLF LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, have recommended that the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity shares paid to those members of the Company whose names appear in the Register of the Members and as beneficial owners as on March 29, 2016 ('the Record Date'), be considered as final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
