DLF LTD. - Appointment of Independent Director

DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2014 have appointed Lt. Gen. Aditya Singh (Retd.) as a non-executive Independent Director. With this appointment, the Company is fully compliant with clause 49 of the listing agreement.
