We wish to inform that the Company has received order dated 12th October, 2017 ('the Order') sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Dollex Industries Limited (Transferor Company) into Parvati Sweetners and Power Limited (Transferee Company) the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai bench.
