Doon Valley Rice Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2013, inter alia, has considered and approved the matter of appointment of Mr. Mohit Kumar as Chairman and Mg. Director of the Company (Without Remuneration) subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the General Meeting.
