DOT COM Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, has approved and considered the following:<BR><BR>1. Authorizing Sri. Indukuri Venkatasatyanarayanaraju, Managing Director to execute and sign the New Listing Agreement<BR><BR>2. Mr. Somasekharareddy Nallappareddy Chittor has resigned from the Board w.e.f. February 13, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Srivenkata Ramana Tammisetti as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. February 13, 2016.
