Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination, Governance and Compensation committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 30,800 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on September 04, 2014, to Employees on exercise of their Stock Options as per the following details.<br/><br/>1. 20,153 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to Dr. Reddys Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002.<br/><br/>2. 10,647 equity shares of Rs. 51- each underlying 10,647 ADRs pursuant to Dr. Reddys Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007.
