DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter-alia, to consider, review & recommend to the Board for approval Audited Standalone & Consolidated Balance sheet as at March 31, 2015 and the Profit & Loss Account and cash flow statement for the year ended March 31, 2015 along with Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 & to recommend final dividend, if any, for the FY 2014-2015.
