D.S.KULKARNI DEVELOPERS LTD. - Revised Shareholding Pattern for December 31, 2013

With reference to earlier announcement dated Jan 10, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern for December 31, 2013, DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has now submitted to BSE the Revised Shareholding Pattern for December 31, 2013.The error was in the statement 1(A) and 1(b) of the shareholding pattern (as highlighted) showing shareholding of persons belonging to the category Promoter and Promoter Group. One of our promoters, Mrs. Hemanti Kulkarni holding 8600 shares was erroneously not considered in the aforesaid share holding pattern. The same is revised in the shareholding pattern attached herewith. The total number of shares of Mrs. Hemanti Kulkarni including the above folio is 49,05,908 shares constituting 19.01% of the paid up capital of the Company. As such promoters holding is 12303150(47.68%).
