DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Balance sheet as at March 31, 2014 and the Profit and Loss Account and cash flow statement for the year ended March 31, 2014 along with Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend final dividend, if any, for the FY 2013-2014.
