DUNLOP INDIA LTD. - Extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting

Dunlop India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had sought extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting by 3 Months U/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 vide its original application dated September 09, 2015 submitted to the Office of Registrar of Companies, West Bengal (ROC) followed by the revised application submitted on September 30, 2015 as per the direction of ROC.<BR><BR>Further the ROC has granted its approval vide their letter dated September 30, 2015 extending the time as prayed by the Company as above.
