Pursuant to the clause (a) of sub regulation of 15of SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation , 2015 the provision of Corporate governance is not applicable on the Company as the paid up equity share capital and net net worth of the Company is below the threshold limit as on last day of financial year
