To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of lnterim Dividend to the Equity shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window has been closed from July 01, 2022, and will re-open after 48 hours from the publishing of results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. All the insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company''s shares when the trading window is closed.
