The Board of Directors at the meeting held on March 30, 2024 appointed Mr. Venkateshan Nadeshan as Additional Director (Non-executive & Independent Director) on recommendation of Nomination and remuneration Committee for the period of 5 consecutive years w.e.f. April 1, 2024 subject to shareholders approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
