EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 21, 2017, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees four) per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid on the Equity Share Capital for the financial year ending March 31, 2017.
