EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had allotted 6,694 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each arising out of exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007 on August 11, 2014.<br/><br/>Further to the above allotment of equity shares, the total number of equity shares outstanding aggregates to 175792690 and the Issued and Paid-up Equity Share Capital is Rs.17,57,92,690/-.
