Pursuant to Regulation 6 and Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th February, 2021 has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sharad Sharma (ACS-63886) as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer & Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 12th February, 2021.
