The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated /Connected Persons from 1st January 2024 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2023. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Unauidted Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2023 shall be intimated to you separately.
