The Trading Window of the Company shall be closed for all the Designated Persons, including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives, on and from November 4, 2017 up to 48 hours after the disclosure of the outcome of the 226th Board Meeting, to the Stock Exchanges, which is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2017, to, inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017
