This is to inform that the pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations), ''Trading Window'' for trading in the equity shares of Easun Capital Markets Limited shall remain closed for 'Designated Persons' and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from Saturday, April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
