ECLERX SERVICES LTD. - Board recommends Dividend (AGM on July 13, 2016)

eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Recommended the Dividend of Re. 1.00/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2015-16. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on/after July 18, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Resolved to seek shareholders approval, for appointment of a Director in place of Anjan Malik, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.<BR><BR>3. Resolved to seek shareholders' approval, at the ensuing AGM, for ratification of appointment of M/s. S.R.Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Statutory Auditors of the Company,<BR><BR>4. Resolved to convene the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company, on July 13, 2016, and approved the AGM notice and related documents.<BR><BR>In addition to this the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company granted 324,162 options to the employees of the Company under ESOP 2015 Scheme / Plan at an exercise price of Rs. 1379.15/- per option.
