Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from October 01, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
