Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform you that Trading Window for dealing in shares and securities of the company for all its directors and other designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Monday, April 1st, 2024. Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024(both days are inclusive) to the stock exchange.
