Ecoplast Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities would be closed from July 28, 2014 upto August 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) till closure of Companys business hours on August 09, 2014.
