Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the information regarding loss of share certificates received from the shareholder of the Company on 27th October 2020. We are in the process of issuing duplicate share certificates to them after compliance of required formalities.
