ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In Compliance with the "Ecos Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives" framed pursuant to the Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares by the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with immediate effect till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the 01st Quarter ended June 30, 2024 (both days inclusive).
