Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Director

In continuation of our letter dated November 6, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Berjis Desai has resigned as an Independent Director from the Board of the Company with effect from November 6, 2021, due to his other professional commitments. <BR> <BR> Mr. Desai has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.<BR> <BR> The details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the Annexure A.
