Edserv Softsystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2013, inter alia, has <br/><br/>1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. G. Raghavan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and appointed Mr. K. T. Srinivasan as the Compliance Officer.<br/><br/>2. The Board and the various committees were re-constituted consequent to the appointment of Mr. G. Raghavan and the resignation of Mr. S. Arvind and Mr. T. S. Ravichandran as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
