Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 26, 2016, the approval of scheme of arrangements between Edu Smart Services Private Limited and Educomp Solutions Limited was deferred for next meeting due to further clarifications sought by the board.
