Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating & Monitoring Trading by Insiders, the company has informed to its Directors / Officers / Designated Employees for the closure of the Trading window, for dealing in Securities of the Company, from August 12, 2015 till August 16, 2015. The closure of the Trading window is on account of declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the company, for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015 and also for the issuance of securities by way of adoption, subject to necessary approval, of new ESOP scheme, on August 13, 2015.
