Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that M/s Educomp Online Supplemental Service Limited, subsidiary of Educomp Solutions Limited, has completed stake sale of its entire 55.41% shareholding in Gateforum Educational Services Private Limited to ASK Pravi Private Equity Opportunities Fund ("Ask Pravi") acting through its trustee IL and FS Trust Company Limited.<br/><br/>In this regards, the Company has submitted to BSE Investor Release for the same.
