Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, 14th February, 2023, have approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022.
