Eicher Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2016, have allotted 7,100 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the persons exercising options pursuant to Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company.
