Eicher Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2016 has, subject to the approval of the shareholders and approval of the Central Government, re-appointed Mr. Siddhartha Lal as Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) years with effect from May 01, 2016.
