EICHER MOTORS LTD. - Grant of options under ESOP Scheme

Eicher Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has granted 5400 options at its meeting held on November 12, 2014.<br/><br/>Of these 2400 options shall be exercisable in three equal tranches after the end of 3rd, 4th and 5th year from the grant date and 3000 options shall be exercisable after the end of 3 years in a single tranche. Upon exercise, each option shall result into one equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
