EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the approval obtained from the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 08, 2014, the Company had applied for voluntary delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from the Madras Stock Exchange Limited, Chennai (MSE) by complying with inter alia Regulations 6(a) and 7 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.<br/><br/>The Shares continue to be listed with BSE Limited, Mumbai (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Mumbai (NSE), having nationwide trading terminals.
