Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 28th October 2021 appointed Mr. Tejasvi Dixit (FCS 7164) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 19th November 2021, in place of incumbent Company Secretary & Compliance officer Ms. Indrani Ray.
