EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Board may recommend a dividend on Equity Shares for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
