EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that at the Audit Committee / Board Meeting held on December 12, 2016, the Audit Committee and the Board have recommended to the Shareholders appointment of M/s. Deloitte, Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held in the year 2017 till the conclusion of 39th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2022.
