EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015 re-appointed Mr. Vikramjit Singh Oberoi as the Managing Director of the Company, effective June 23, 2015, subject to approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled on August 07, 2015.
