EIH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 24th January 2020, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results/Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter/Nine months ending on 31st December 2019.<BR> Further, in accordance with Company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, and circular issued by stock exchanges, the trading window for purchase/sale in the shares of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 25th December 2019 to Sunday, 26th January 2020 (both days inclusive).<BR>
