EIH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with Company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, and circular issued by stock exchanges, the trading window for purchase / sale of Company's shares shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st October 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter/half year ended on 30th September 2020 for the financial year 2020-21.
