Dear Sir / Madam<BR> This is further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Monday,<BR> September 7, 2020 and the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Company held on ,<BR> approving the offer and issue of equity shares of the Company ('Rights Equity Shares') by<BR> way of a rights issue to eligible shareholders of the Company as on the record date for an amount<BR> not exceeding ? 350 crore in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue<BR> of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable<BR> laws.
