Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the "Code"), the Trading Window of the Company was closed from April 01, 2024, till 48 hours after the results are made public on May 24, 2024.
