Purusant to the provision of SEBI(Prohibition of insider trading) regulations, 2015 as amended and the company''s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading(" the code"), we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the designation persons and their immediate relatives from july 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the company for the quarter ended 30th june 2024.
