E-Land Apparel Limited - Closure of Trading Window

As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019, and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from the closure of trading hours on BSE on December 30, 2023 till 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financials results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.
