ELDER HEALTH CARE LTD. - Postponement of Board Meeting

Elder Health Care Ltd had informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on October 21, 2015 to consider and approve audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 as well as 12 months period ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has now informed BSE that, since some of Company's Directors are not available on October 21, 2015 due to some emergent factors and the Company will not be able to hold the Board meeting on October 21, 2015. Next date of the Board meeting shall be intimated as soon as the same is decided.
