Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that as per Listing Agreement and Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Companies (Appointment Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, Mr. Bimal Desai is been appinted as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from December 01, 2014.
