ELECON ENGINEERING CO.LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to bring to your notice that Link Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has received requests for issuance of duplicate share certificates from the shareholders of the Company, who has reported the loss of their respective Original Share Certificates, details whereof are mentioned as attached. The said shares have been put in 'Stop Transfer' by RTA and they have been further advised by the Company to verify the particulars of the requests and advise the shareholders accordingly.
