In terms of the Regulations 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. on 24th January, 2023, inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) alongwith Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022. We enclose herewith following:- 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) alongwith Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon and; 2. Investor presentation giving highlights on the performance of the Company. The meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 2:40 p.m.
